This weekend, it’s Championship Time.
The IEA Zone Finals for Region 6 are here — and The Traditional Equitation School is proudly sending FIVE RIDERS to compete on the Zone stage.
Region 6 spans a large geographic area, including:
California
Nevada
Oregon
Washington
Alaska
Idaho
Montana
Wyoming
Not every state fields a team each year — but qualifying for Zone Finals means you have risen to the top of your division within this highly competitive western region.
And TES?
We are showing up strong. 💪🐎
Meet Our Zone Finalists
In alphabetical order, please join us in cheering on:

✨ Edyn
✨ Ester
✨ Verona
Five riders. Five earned spots. Zero shortcuts.
How They Got Here
To qualify for Zone Finals, riders had to earn 18 points during the regular season.
They were allowed to compete in a maximum of five shows.
Points were awarded as follows:
🥇 1st – 7 points
🥈 2nd – 5 points
🥉 3rd – 4 points
4th – 3 points
5th – 2 points
6th – 1 point
That means consistency mattered. Every round mattered. There was no room for wasted opportunities.
Our riders performed when it counted.
What’s At Stake
Zone Finals are being held at the Clark County Event Center in Ridgefield, Washington.
Riders from across Region 6 will compete head-to-head in their divisions.
And here’s the headline:
🏆 Only ONE rider in each division advances to IEA Nationals.
One champion per division.
It’s focused. It’s intense. And it’s earned.
Why This Is So Impressive
IEA competition is uniquely challenging. Riders draw horses they’ve never ridden before. After a brief warm-up, they enter the ring and compete.
No familiarity advantage.
No excuses.
Just skill, feel, and preparation.
That is exactly what TES trains for.
We are incredibly proud of Charlotte, Chris, Edyn, Ester, and Verona for representing The Traditional Equitation School this weekend at Zone Finals.
Region 6 — TES is coming in strong.
LET’S GO TES. 🐎🔥🏆
