TES HORSE CAMP
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our program, TES incurs significant non-recoverable expenses when preparing for camp. We therefore must adhere to our cancellation policy. TES may modify riding and activities due to weather. No refunds are given for inclement weather.
TES strongly suggests purchasing camp insurance.
48 Hour Cancellation Policy
You will receive your choice of a full refund or credit for cancellations made within 48 hours of enrolling for camp.
30+ Days Before Camp
For reservations cancelled more than 48 hours after enrolling and at least thirty days before the start of your session of camp, you will receive your choice of two options: a 50% refund of money paid towards camp OR a 100% credit with TES for future camp or lessons.
Less Than 30 Days
Before Camp
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days before your session of camp begins.
